The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Data Analyst to join its team on a project in the field of FinTech.

The customer is the first and largest bank of Azerbaijan. It serves more than 5 million individuals and 22 thousand legal entities in different sectors of the economy. The bank offers a wide range of banking products and services, as well as participates in social and cultural projects. It cooperates with leading international financial institutions, such as Citibank N.A., Standard Chartered and HSBC, and maintains strong partnerships with Mastercard and Visa.

The project is a unified loyalty system for several products of the holding.

Responsibilities:
- Extracting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various internal and external sources.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks.
- Performing statistical analysis and interpreting trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.
- Providing actionable insights to stakeholders based on data findings.
- Capturing meaningful insights from data and turning them into competitive advantages for the business
- Designing and creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preparing ad-hoc and standard reporting.
- Writing efficient queries using SQL or similar languages.
- Building interactive, real-time dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously optimizing dashboards for usability and performance across departments.

Must-haves:
- Experience in a data analysis role for 3+ years.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data for visualizations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
