Darktheme Studios is Looking for New Talent for the Game Developer/Producer Position!

Are you ready to start your career in game development? We are Darktheme Studios, partners of the creators of some of the most popular games on the Roblox platform, and we are looking for talented individuals for our new Accelerator project. About Your Role:

As part of the program, you’ll have a unique opportunity to lead your own game studio. You will have complete creative freedom to bring your boldest ideas to life, manage a team, and oversee every stage of game development.

Your results will be visible immediately—the success and growth of your games will reflect your achievements. Additionally, you’ll be learning from a team of experts who have created some of the best games on Roblox, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to take your studio to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a team of developers and creating your own games on Roblox

• Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards

• Testing and applying different strategies to grow your studio and achieve game success

• Actively participating in training sessions and working alongside our Roblox experts

What We Expect from You:

• Any experience in game development

• Good spoken English (B2+)

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Interest in growing within Roblox

• Experience working with Roblox and knowledge of Lua would be an advantage
