Could you be the full-time GM Assistant in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative expertise in a new field. You’ll report to Site MD EKZ and work alongside diverse teammates.
You'll take part in managing directors' agenda. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Project, etc), leading internal communications and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the agenda, but also help organize certain events.
We’ll look to you for:

Assistant support for Site MD and Management team

Arranging meetings – including room bookings, equipment, refreshments, etc

Visa support and travel coordination to MCM and visitors
-
Email management: where appropriate communicating on MCM ’s behalf / fielding telephone calls

Prepare agendas for the meetings, write minutes

Coordinate or orginize site events, including meeting with customer, partners, etc.

Provide support in making PowerPoint presentations and reports
-
Support of HR branding. Manages site employees’ communications using Info Flash and Alstom TV channels, and escalating project milestones and overall social climate.

Manages the documents to be signed by General Director bith hard and electronic forms. Controls digital signature, ensuring proper usage.

Provide translation support to Site MD.

- 2+ years of experience in administrative support.
- Good communication skills in English, Kazakh and Russian.
- Result-oriented and initiative.
