GR specialist

• Representation and defense of the legitimate interests of the Company in interactions with government agencies, non-governmental and public organizations, the media, clients and business partners of the Company, consumers and their representatives and other interested parties on issues of regulation of production, import and circulation of tobacco products, including issues of technical regulation, public relations, regulation of pricing and taxation;
• Continuous maintenance of relationships with government agencies, non-governmental and public organizations, the media and other interested parties on issues of regulating the production, import and circulation of tobacco products by holding the necessary events, including meetings, negotiations, correspondence, etc.
• Monitoring, identifying and analyzing risks in the area of regulation of production and circulation of tobacco products and promptly informing the Company's management of any changes in this area;
• Preparing analytical materials and reports for management on key regulatory issues;
• Providing expert support to the Company's structural divisions on regulatory issues;
• Providing expert support to the legal department on the development of regulations / impacts of regulations on the Company's activities;
• Implementation of activities to collect and analyze information on smuggling;
• Preparation and submission of reports on the work performed, as required by the Company;
• Formation of a positive image of the Company in the media, formation of public opinion on issues of regulation of the tobacco industry, monitoring news in the media related to business, promptly informing heads of functions about emergency / important news; approval of all local communications; organizational announcements; processing of requests from the media; provision of support in communications projects; preparation of press releases and articles for the media;
• Checking internal and external communications for compliance with the Company’s principles;
• Corporate Social Responsibility: approval of all local marketing activities, assistance to the marketing team in interpreting International Marketing Standards; support of corporate social responsibility projects in Kazakhstan: scholarships, charity, prevention of smoking among youth, etc.
• Carrying out activities to analyze information on contraband trade . Carrying out control over the implementation of activities aimed at combating illegal products. Submitting proposals to minimize the shadow turnover of tobacco and nicotine-containing products to government agencies and organizations;
• Compliance with Company policies and procedures.
