Due to business growing, we offer a position of HR manager to work in Visa Application centre (TLScontact, which is a part of the Teleperformance Group).

Our company occupies a leading position in the world in the field of outsourcing visa support services.

Scope: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

• Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and helping to resolve conflicts

• Maintain and updаtеHR records and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Administer employee benefits and serve as a liaison with benefits providers

• Manage the payroll process in coordination with finance, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing

• Track working hours, leaves, and absences to ensure payroll data accuracy

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS systems

• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
