Information Security Engineer

Information Security Engineer shall provide high-quality technical, engineering, and analytical support to achieve AIX cybersecurity requirements; develop and implement technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities; provide technical support for various security platforms, and continuous monitoring of users’ activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Implementation, integrationб and support of information security solutions.
• Integration of implemented solutions with other IT and information security systems.
• Working with solutions from various manufacturers.
• Analysis of information security systems, identification of non-compliance with requirements, optimization work.
• Diagnostics of technical incidents and performing cyber-forensics.
• Development of technical documentation - technical specifications, manuals, and information security policies.
• Regular interaction with the company's technical specialists.
• Helping with raising employee awareness of cyber security issues, establishing, and maintaining a security awareness training.
• Participation in security assessment and testing projects, analysing test results and reports.

Requirements for candidates:

• Strong knowledge of basic network concepts (TCP/IP stack, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, NAT, AAA) and network management principles.
• Knowledge of the basics and principles of ensuring enterprise information security.
• Experience in administering active network devices (Cisco) and firewalls (Fortinet).
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) systems.
• Experience in deploying and managing XDR, DLP, PAM, SIEM systems.
• Vocational experience in managing monitoring, log, and vulnerability management systems (Zabbix, PRTG, Orion, ZOHO, Splunk).

• Awareness of AWS, Azure cloud technologies.
• Cisco (CCNA), FortiGate (FCSNA), CEH, CND, CIH, ECSA, CompTIA Security+ certifications are very welcome.
• Experience in drafting information security policies.
• Proficiency in English for reading technical literature.
