Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Design & Implementation:

   • Design and implement IP/MPLS network architectures to support high-quality services.
   • Configure and deploy routers, switches, and other network equipment.

2. Network Management & Optimization:

   • Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
   • Optimize network configurations for better efficiency and reduced downtime.
   • Conduct capacity planning and forecasting for future network expansion.

3. Troubleshooting & Support:

   • Identify and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently.
   • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed.
   • Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and resolutions.

4. Security & Compliance:

   • Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data privacy.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software developers, and project managers.
   • Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders on network performance and projects.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in IP/MPLS network design and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, ISIS).

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols and technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and systems.
• Knowledge of SDN (Software-Defined Networking) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Office or on-site work, depending on business needs.
• Occasional travel may be required for site installations or client meetings.
