Required skills:

• University degree (completed or last-year student) in IT, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related field;

• Basic understanding of business processes in workplace safety and environment management (a plus);

• Strong interest in SAP solutions and willingness to build a career in EHS consulting;

• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team;

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

• Support senior consultants in SAP EHS project activities;

• Assist in system configuration, testing, and documentation under guidance;

• Participate in workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions;

• Help prepare user guides, training materials, and reports;

• Conduct initial research and analysis on EHS processes and best practices;

• Take part in internal learning programs and certifications to grow into a consultant role;

• Contribute ideas, shоwinitiative, and actively learn from real project experience.
