Координатор по проведению мероприятий/Events Coordinator

We are looking for:

• Positive, enthusiastic people
• With experience in organizing events, preferably in hotel or customer service industry
• Punctual hard workers happy to learn more and to be a part of the hotel chain
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Opera and Office Software Applications
• English level - B2 and more
• minimum 1-years’ experience in Sales department
• Basic knowledge and understanding of revenue management and budget forecasting

Responsibilities:

• Selling group events, like banquets, parties, conferences etc.
• Meeting clients to discuss details of event
• Organizing events in cooperation with other departments, mainly Kitchen and Banqueting

Terms of employment:

• Full time position; 5/2
• Meals on duty
