Now we’re growing and looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist — someone who will help us attract new clients through LinkedIn, grow our company page, and turn B2B communication into real partnerships, not just formal messages.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies.

• Search and attract potential clients via LinkedIn & Sales Navigator.

• Create personalized messaging sequences and monitor their performance.

• Segment and enrich contact databases using lead generation tools.

• Qualify leads based on ICP (country, company size, project needs).

• Work in CRM: log and track all interactions.

• Run A/B tests and analyze outreach effectiveness.

• Pass MQLs to the sales team and collaborate closely with them.

• Manage and grow the corporate LinkedIn page: content plan, posts, analytics.

• Prepare reports, analyze campaigns and suggest improvements.

Who we’re looking for:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation.

• You know how to work with Sales Navigator and other lead-gen tools.

• You’re confident with CRM systems and understand why details matter.

• You’re attentive, structured, and analytical.

• Your English is B2 or higher — you can write and read comfortably.
