Digital CFO's Procurement and Supply Chain Management team provides a wide range of procurement and supply chain optimization services to leading companies in various industries such as mining, metallurgy, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing and others.

We are seeking a Manager to join our SCM Consulting team in Astana / Almaty.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a stream of projects and the team of the project;
• Design solutions to the project tasks in terms of development and optimization of the Supply Chain Management function;
• Participation in the business development of the in the Caucasus & Central Asia region (participation in tenders, preparation of presentations, proposals for the development of the function, etc.);
• Quality control of all documents prepared by the directly reporting team;
• Compliance and enforcement of the established risk management requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master’s degree from a leading Kazakhstani or abroad university in economic or technical field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management and logistics; preferable experience as management consultant from a Big 4 or consulting companies including ERP system integrators (SAP, 1C, Oracle etc);
• Understanding of end-to end procurement process (from planning to write-off), category-based procurement management (including design and implementation) and inventory management;
• Experience in automating supply chain processes and procurement procedures, developing the methodology for implementing SAP and other ERP systems;
• Knowledge of procurement regulations across various sectors/industries;
• Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Readiness for business trips;
• Advanced level (C1) writing and speaking skills both in Russian and English;
• Proactive personality with excellent communication skills;
• Capability to lead projects & teams with minimum supervision.

Will be an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in logistics and inventory management in manufacturing companies;
• CIPS/CSCP/CPIM/ISM certifications.
