Responsibilities:

Maintain the Company’s tax accounting in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Prepare and submit tax reports and declarations in a timely manner (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Personal Income Tax, Social Tax, Transport Tax, and other statutory reports);

Prepare and submit statistical reports in accordance with regulatory requirements;

Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records for tax purposes;

Perform tax analysis and monitor tax risks;

Liaise with tax authorities, prepare responses to official requests, and support tax audits and inspections;

Participate in and coordinate tax audits conducted by tax authorities;

Monitor timely payment of taxes and mandatory statutory charges;

Participate in preparation of financial statements and external/internal audits;

Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement required updates in accounting processes;

Prepare internal tax reports and analytical information for management;

Participate in automation and improvement of tax accounting processes and internal controls;

Review contracts and financial transactions from a tax compliance perspective;

Control proper accounting of expenses, advance reports, import transactions, and international operations.

Requirements:

Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting and reporting;

Strong knowledge of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Practical experience in preparation and submission of tax declarations and statutory reports;

Experience in preparation and submission of statistical reporting;

Proven experience in supporting and successfully passing tax audits and inspections;

Knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage;

Experience working with 1C and other accounting systems;

Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data volumes;

Experience communicating with tax authorities and auditors;

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of responsibility;

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment while meeting deadlines;

English language proficiency is considered an advantage.
