KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia is looking for a Marketing Supervisor dedicated to the Consulting Department willing and able to introduce new vision, add value, and provide innovative ideas and approaches.

The role will be ideal for a ambitious and result-oriented professional willing to develop and implement a winning Marketing and BD strategy matching ambitious goals of the firm.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Consulting Partners and Directors with the development and execution of the marketing and BD initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, as necessary.
• Research external conferences relevant for the department and organize participation in them.
• Provide marketing analysis and search for opportunities to help grow business
• Coordinate production of advertising and marketing materials and develop editorial content.
• Review and ensure the compliance of communication materials with the firm’s general guidelines and style in both English and Russian.
• Support of pitches, proposals and tenders
• Closely cooperate with other internal services and manage processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing and / or business development experience with demonstrated success with a Consulting firm having strong marketing presence;
• Profound knowledge of the local and international consulting market, major players;
• Excellent understanding of the best consulting marketing and trends - locally and globally;
• Extensive marketing/ BD background covering marketing campaigns, events planning and management, professional organizations membership, pitching and promoting services, website maintenance, competitive landscape monitoring and market analysis, CRM;
• Outstanding drafting skills, proven successful experience writing marketing content, making presentations and negotiating with service providers;
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills;
• Client and service delivery focused;
• Fluent English
