Responsibilities:

-Analyze the existing automation solution and propose architectural improvements

-Refactor and stabilize the current test automation suite

-Develop and maintain reliable automated regression and integration test cases (using Python, Pytest, Playwright)

-Ensure test coverage of new features by designing and implementing new automated tests

-Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to integrate automated tests into the development workflow

-Set up and maintain test environments to support automation needs

-Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and provide structured test reports (e.g., via Allure TestOPS)

-Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements:

-Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns used in automation (Page Object, Factory, Strategy, Builder)

-Proven experience in developing, configuring, and refactoring automation frameworks

-Practical experience with REST API testing (automation, validation, mocking) using Requests and Pydantic

-Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (GitHub)

-Experience with reporting and test management tools (Allure TestOPS, JIRA, Confluence)

-Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stabilize and optimize test automation

-Strong communication skills — able to present information clearly and concisely

-High attention to detail, commitment to quality standards, and ability to reflect complex business logic in tests

-Ability to work independently: plan tasks, estimate efforts, report progress, and proactively research and introduce improvements

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Python-based test automation (Pytest, Playwright)

English level: B2 or higher
