We’re currently seeking a PCA (Pre-Client Acceptance) Specialist to join our team in Almaty/Astana, who is eager to apply their analytical skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll conduct in-depth research on companies and individuals, analyze public records for potential risks, prepare concise reports for decision-making, and support the team in ensuring compliance with internal risk management procedures.

Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:

• Perform search and analyse data from public domain on companies and individuals, their background, associated litigation cases and regulatory enquiries with subsequent preparation of the report with key findings and corporate details of the target entities.
• Build and maintain relationships with the team and the client.
• Participate in the admin work related to the group and projects.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor/ Master degree;
• Experience of project teams and engagements;
• Russian – native/fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
• Good writing and reading skills (specifically, in English) and ability to present complicated findings in simple way;
• An enquiring and creative mind with strong analytical skills;
• General understanding of the core and supporting business processes of different companies;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and various circumstances;
• Good communication and analytical skills;
