Duties:

- Responsible for organizing weekly project meetings during the construction period, compiling meeting minutes, and distributing them to all participating parties;
- Responsible for completing translation tasks assigned by the Project Manager;
- Responsible for handling grid connection procedures and completion certificates for the project;
- Responsible for drafting the OA process during the project construction period;
- Assisting the Project Manager or Engineer in communicating and coordinating with the contractor, designer, supervisor, and external parties to resolve construction issues and ensure the smooth progress of the project;
- Assisting the Project Manager with bidding during project implementation;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Project Manager;

Requirements:

Fluent Russian and Chinese (able to prepare Chinese-Russian or English-Russian contracts), proficient in office software; Outgoing, motivated, and driven to improve, pragmatic, able to withstand pressure, and adaptable to long-term business travel.
