Responsibilities:

• Support in achieving the successful definition and delivery of projects in accordance with the agreed project objectives, including: HSEQ / technical integrity, performance and quality, cost, schedule, Company reputation and economic drivers.
• Support the work program and budget for the development, Production Optimization and Mandatory projects on annual base.
• Coordinating the preparation of decision support packages for Company value assurance reviews.
• Support in definition of Operators field development strategy, including preliminary contracting strategy and HSEQ plan; preparation of the risk register and the relevant mitigation strategy.
• Provide support and strong input managing the procurement and contracting strategy with well knowledge about tendering phase up to contract awarding in line with the defined field development plan and of the project execution plan.
• Establishing project procedures and policies.
• Support in day-to-day progress of the Project operations monitoring and optimizing the use of budget: reporting the project progress and costs trends to Company management, reviewing the authorization for payments, reviewing and assessing contract variations.

The job holder must have:

• University degree (Engineering qualification).
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Development area, experience in International Oil and Gas company.
