Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, designers, contractors, and investors.
- Promote and present the company’s professional and premium product portfolio to key decision‑makers.
- Support the full project sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
- Ensure products are included in design specifications, project documentation, and tender packages.
- Provide technical product knowledge and solutions to architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Manage and updаtеthe project pipeline in CRM (Salesforce), including accurate forecasting.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer intelligence to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with distributors’ project teams, providing training and joint customer support.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Promote new product launches and drive technical awareness across the market.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and regular field visits within the assigned region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of B2B/project sales experience (construction, building materials, sanitaryware preferred).
- Experience working with architects, designers, and developers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to undergo regular product trainings.
- CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce).
- Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
