Position Key Goal
Ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of company’s fintech and blockchain-based products by implementing structured testing processes, identifying defects, and supporting continuous product improvement across web and mobile platforms.

Key business processes

• Test planning and test case development.

• Manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.

• Bug tracking and quality documentation.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes.

• Monitoring and validation of fixes and releases.

Job Functions

1) Test Planning & Execution

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities in alignment with sprint and release timelines.

• Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile platforms.

• Validate new features, integrations, and product updates before release.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, QA standards, and automation practices, while staying up to date with modern testing tools and strategies.

2) Bug Tracking & Quality Control

• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using issue tracking tools.

• Monitor debugging process results and verify defect resolution.

• Ensure regression testing is properly executed prior to production releases.

• Maintain clear and structured QA documentation.

3) Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with developers, IT and product managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand product requirements and expected functionality.

• Contribute to sprint and release processes by identifying usability improvements, edge cases, and potential risks.

Required experience and background

• 2+ years of experience in QA testing (fintech or technology sector preferred).

• Experience in manual testing of web applications; mobile testing experience is an advantage.

• Understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management.

• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira or similar tools).

• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar tools)

• Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, authentication

• Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Fluent Russian and English (written and verbal).
