JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists the Director of Residences in general administrative matters
2. Attends appointments with Residents, takes notes, translates and follows up in writing for any Residents request, suggestions, complaints, …..
3. Translates and informs the Director of Residences with respect to any correspondence, which is written in Kazakh/Russian
4. Translates all relevant policies and procedures, rules and regulations for Residents from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and especially from the Residence Division into Russian/Kazakh
5. Maintains and upkeeps all licenses, permits and contracts and alerts the Director of Residences of expiration dates, follow-up matters with the GM’s Office and the owning company Capital Tower Development and theirs subsidiaries
6. Assists the Concierge/Reception in setting up a comprehensive data information base for the benefit of the Residents
7. Makes tours and Residence inspections with prospects if required
8. Assists in staff scheduling if required
9. Assists and coordinates business (secretarial) requests from Residents, if required
10. Liaises with contact persons of contracted services (housekeeping, etc).
11. Assists in receiving matters, if required
12. Fills in purchase orders and store room requisitions
13. Maintains the monthly Email Newsletter to Residents and updated the activities program regularly
14. Ensures that all staff related matters, like name badges, uniforms etc. are properly administered.
