• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for credit risk management, including reviewing customer's credit rating and credit application , and supervising Marketing department to do a good job in post-loan management;

2. Responsible for market risk management, including monitoring the compliance of treasury transactions and market risk-related limits;

3. Responsible for liquidity risk, interest rate risk management, monitoring LCR, maturity mismatch and other related ratios;

4. Responsible for regulatory and head office report;

5. Responsible for assisting department heads in regulatory and external audit communication on risk-related work;

6. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the department head.

7. Chinese proficiency is preferred.

• REQUIRMENTS & SKILLS
  1. Education
     1. Professional with a university degree in Finance or equivalent education. If work experience is qualified, the above standard could be extended the limitation;
  2. Required experience
     1. Have experience in risk management;
     2. More than 3 years working experience in banking risk management and assessment is required;
  3. Skills and abilities
     1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel;
     2. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
     3. Fluent in spoken English/Chinese (please apply CV only in English or Chinese);
     4. Able to work under pressure, with strong attention to details; interpersonal and communication skills;
     5. Willing to learn and numerically sensitive;
     6. Positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility and a strong team player;
     7. Self-motivated and customer focused;

Official Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and AIFC Labor Regulations; Social package; Career prospects; Timely pay; Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 5.30 p.m .; Health Insurance; The amount of wages is determined during the interview.
