• Support Line Manager in ensuring compliance and reporting processes are in line with the Company procedures and policies.
• Provide all required support to the company/JVs in areas of compliance, planning and reporting
• Collect, analyze, and report on procurement compliance metrics and KPIs

• Good verbal and written working knowledge of English language.
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, compliance frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Safety Leadership in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Negotiation and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to deliver business results within the context of the complex and diverse positions of multiple stakeholders.
• Awareness of Kazakhstan and international regulations which relate to procurement and ethical compliance
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, or audit (preferably in an oil and gas sector)
