Are you an ambitious events professional looking to drive innovative strategies and make a real impact? KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia is seeking a proactive Senior Event Specialist in Astana, ready to bring fresh ideas and contribute to the growth of our firm.

As our Senior Event Specialist, you will:

• Design, plan, and manage diverse corporate events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, client meetings, and internal gatherings.

• Coordinate full-cycle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor, and contractor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.

• Support the development of event concepts and presentations for top management, including defending creative proposals.

• Manage event-related documentation, including contracts, payments, and post-event reporting.

• Lead the organization of large-scale corporate and client events and collaborate with colleagues in Almaty and Astana.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in organizing large-scale corporate events (300+ participants).

• Strong skills in event planning, logistics, budgeting, vendor and contract management.

• Confident communication and presentation skills; ability to defend event concepts to top management.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

• High level of proactivity, multitasking, and readiness to work under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel and support events in Astana and Almaty.

• Experience in premium service companies (e.g., top hotels or event agencies) is a plus.
