Senior Manager of AIFC Academy Platform

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the design, development, and promotion of corporate and certification programs at the AIFC Academy Platform. This strategic role will drive innovation, build impactful partnerships, and shape the future of professional education in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for corporate and certification training programs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of educational products - from market research to implementation and evaluation.
• Build and oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate learning and certification offerings.
• Establish partnerships with international institutions, certification bodies, and business associations.
• Lead project teams and ensure high-quality delivery of educational products.
• Monitor global trends in professional education and integrate best practices.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Support business development through presentations, industry events, and client engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5+ years of experience in educational project management, corporate training, or certification programs.
• Strong knowledge of corporate education markets and international certification standards.
• Proven experience working with corporate clients and international partners.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Kazakh and/or Russian is an advantage.
• Legal-related certificates or training are preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and AI tools is a plus.
• Multilingual proficiency: Kazakh, Russian, English.
