Senior Power Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement delivery team.
You will be working on enterprise-level projects focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Field Service, Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform, designing, developing, and customizing scalable business solutions.
The role involves hands-on development across the Power Platform stack, including Power Apps, as well as contributing to integrations, solution architecture, and overall solution quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering AND strong technical background with 5+ years of software development experience OR equivalent
• Min 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement suite. This includes configuration, customization and ability to design solutions using the product
• Min 3+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premise infrustructure, architecture design, migrations
• Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other Microsoft and third-party applications
• Strong knowledge of Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Life Cycle Services and Data Migration Framework
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Power Automate
• Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript for D365
• Strong analytical abilities in resolving complex challenges and delivering practical solutions, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
• Pre-sales experience
• Power BI knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Development and customization of Dynamics 365 CE and Power apps solutions
• Solution architecture design and consulting for D365 CE and Power Platform implementations
• Integration of Dynamics 365 with external systems
• Potential leading of development team
