Key Responsibilities
Daily processing of distributor orders for equipment supply:
-
Consolidation and processing of incoming orders.
-
Placement of orders and cost calculation when required.
-
Full order lifecycle management and support.
Work in the company’s centralized operational equipment database:
-
Issuing invoices.
-
Working with electronic product catalogs.
-
Entering product specifications and nomenclature into the unified database.
-
Preparing required reports.
Collaboration with the Logistics Department to ensure efficient order placement:
-
Providing all necessary order-related information.
-
Tracking and controlling order processing stages.
Coordination with the Sales Coordination Department for effective order placement with manufacturers.
Market monitoring and analysis:
-
Tracking industry trends and competitor activities.
-
Analyzing the current market situation in the equipment segment.
Maintaining a high level of customer service for equipment clients:
-
Handling and routing incoming calls from external customers.
-
Providing technical consultations on equipment features.
-
Advising customers on order placement procedures.
Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the product range, including new equipment types.
Document management and reporting.
Participation in exhibitions and training sessions:
-
Preparing presentations and product-related materials.
Qualifications
-
Education:
Higher education (preferably in technical or economic fields).
Additional training in sales techniques, sales and distribution management, negotiation skills is an advantage. -
Language Skills:
English – strong working proficiency (spoken and written) for daily live & online interaction with expats & foreign partners. -
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B or B2S sales/distribution.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale industrial machinery/equipment manufacturing.
Professional Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of goods and services market operations.
Basic knowledge of INCOTERMS and foreign trade (FET).
Basic knowledge of customs regulations.
Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
General legal literacy.
Marketing skills (forecasting, market analysis).
Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Persuasion skills.
Systematic and disciplined approach to work.
Proficiency in handling documentation.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
