• Project plan preparation and direct interaction with external consultant on relevant project needs;
• Daily project coordination to ensure it is delivered within the agreed timelines, requirements and budgets;
• Engagement with project participants to ensure the project and requirements at each stage are understood;
• Management of information storage / sharing, including with external consultants, in a structured and consistent way;
• Regular reporting on project status and timely escalation of any matters requiring attention;
• Management of regular meetings of project Steering Committee and preparation of relevant materials;
• Delivery of project communication strategy in collaboration with ERG’s corporate communications;
• Travels to entities within the project’s need, if required;
• Review of project deliverables and coordination of internal feedback processes;
• Review of initial data collected (where required) and preparation of observations and issues to discuss / resolve.
