What We Expect:
- Ensure the uninterrupted and technically correct operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Organize the development of schedules for inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of equipment; approve and monitor their implementation.
- Lead the development of regulatory materials for equipment maintenance, ensure timely completion of all necessary technical documentation, and manage the provision of spare parts, materials, tools, etc.
- Organize the installation of new equipment and oversee commissioning works.
- Develop and implement measures to prevent unplanned shutdowns, extend the service life of components and parts, and increase the intervals between repairs.
- Participate in preparing proposals for certification, rationalization, accounting and planning of workplaces, modernization of equipment, reconstruction, technical re-equipment of the enterprise, environmental protection, and in developing plans to improve production efficiency.
- Analyze the causes of equipment downtime and product quality deterioration, participate in the development and implementation of measures to eliminate identified shortcomings.
- Organize the operational tracking of product movement across workplaces and the fulfillment of production tasks.
- Supervise the staff and departments responsible for the maintenance of equipment, buildings, and structures of the enterprise; organize work to improve their qualifications.
- Control adherence to technological, production, and labor discipline by employees, as well as compliance with occupational safety rules, safety regulations, industrial hygiene, and fire safety standards.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate (degree in Engineering, preferably heating engineer)
- Minimum 3 years on engineering and managerial positions in the company’s industry
- Knowledge in heating, boiler equipment, plumbing, water supply and sewerage
- Skills in HSE, occupational sanitation and fire safety rules and norms.
- HVAC equipment
- English level- Intermediate
- Computer skills: MS Office, SAP
