In this role, you'll support management with meeting coordination, task management, and communication across global KPMG member firms. You’ll also play a key part in enhancing internal processes and ensuring smooth daily operations.

As a Business Process Operations Specialist, you will:

• Provide executive support to the Management Body, coordinating meetings, drafting protocols, and managing key tasks.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and management to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Collaborate with KPMG global member firms (MESAC, EMA, and others) to align and improve business processes.
• Oversee and optimize daily operations to support a seamless and efficient corporate environment.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

You’re the Perfect Match if You:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in corporate operational roles or business process development.
• Are fluent in English, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
• Have experience in project management or relevant certifications (preferred).
