Responsibilities:

• Communication & Language Expertise: Act as a primary contact for Chinese-speaking clients, facilitating seamless communication with internal teams. This involves translating and interpreting complex business documents and discussions (Chinese to English/Russian/Local language and vice versa) and providing interpretation support in client meetings and presentations.
• Project Coordination: Support the team in managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Collaborate effectively with various internal departments (e.g., Legal and Tax, Deal Advisory and Consulting ) to coordinate project workflows and ensure integrated service for China Desk clients.
• Professional Background Application: Apply your expertise from prior roles in finance, accounting, tax, or legal/paralegal work to assist in preparing and formatting professional documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards.

Requirements:

• Native-level Chinese (Mandarin) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
• Professional working proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
