YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

The Glover Specialist will be responsible for leading and supervising Glovers as they conduct day-to-day operations, managing the Couriers, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with Management, and ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's financial and operations functions.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Oversee and guide strategic, operational, and administrative programs. Develop and implement goals, strategic plans, and policies.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of Couriers. Ensure support, documentation, and readiness for brand delivery.
  • Optimize acquisition, retention, and operational strategies for Couriers. Evaluate and improve processes for organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain a data-sensitive approach for accurate database and reporting systems. Implement and analyze internal reporting procedures.
  • Facilitate communication with the Operations Manager on support processes. Aim for high service levels and courier satisfaction.
  • Advise on financial well-being and monitor regulatory compliance. Manage insurance policies and ensure safety protocols.
  • Identify new Courier sources and analyze operational metrics for city growth. Develop frameworks for regional expansion.
  • Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the city. Optimize delivery times and Courier earnings.

YOU HAVE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field Computer literacy, with familiarity with MS programs or ERP systems
  • At least 2 years in high-demand roles such as operations, consulting, or investment banking, with on-demand delivery experience being advantageous
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Kazakh
  • Analytical skills and the ability to be persuasive using details and facts
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient with a collaborative work style, open to direction, and a commitment to achieving goals
  • Persuasive with details and facts
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Excellent communication skills are a plus to be capable of talking with different types of people
