Financial Controller with a strong background in accounting and taxation

Обязанности:

• Oversee and manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records in compliance with local and international standards.

• Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance, providing expert guidance on complex tax issues.

• Monitor and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations to management to drive business growth and profitability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and commercial departments, to ensure effective risk management.

• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Требования:​​​​​

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• English - fluent.
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role.
• Strong expertise in taxation and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Solid commercial and business partnering experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
