We are looking for a Staffing Specialist for our Kazakhstan offices to join our team.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Responsibilities:

• Staffing of opportunities & projects
• Oversees the progress of staffing all open positions across the assigned portfolios
• Demand verification: Communicate with different teams and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and preferences
• Identifies priority and connects business and demand owners with the respective supply channels
• Develops a staffing plan and drives execution of the plan with help of involved parties. Works on creative approaches to staff critical positions
• By overseeing resourcing capabilities acts as an entry point for business to land new demand
• Monitor and track staffing metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Assist in the development of staffing strategies and initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
• Ensure that quality of data is kept up to date in internal tools

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated person with “Get it done!” attitude, who is eager to learn and improve him/herself
• Stress tolerant: flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timelines and changing priorities
• Attentive to details, friendly, polite, thorough: strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up
• Excellent English: both written and spoken (B2+ and higher)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of modern IT landscape – major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks – would be a great advantage
• Experience in project management, Excel, PowerPoint - will be a great plus
