We’re expanding our Business Partnering Services (BPS) team, a dynamic pillar of EPAM’s Global Finance Department that bridges leadership and clients through strategic financial and administrative excellence. As part of our 300+ global specialist network, you’ll play a pivotal role in mitigating risk and driving sustainable growth for EPAM and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth credit assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness, using financial data to recommend risk-based limits and internal ratings
• Monitor and updаtеa dynamic customer Watch-list, identifying trends to mitigate risks and support long-term client relationships
• Lead periodic reviews of existing accounts, delivering actionable recommendations to optimize credit policies and processes
• Contribute to team development by sharing insights on industry trends and best practices in credit risk management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in credit underwriting, risk management, or financial analysis, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial statements
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic decisions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office to streamline analysis and reporting
• A detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges, and seeks continuous improvement
• Readiness to shifted working hours 12 PM – 9 PM (UTC+6) / 11 AM – 8 PM (UTC+5)
• Fluent English with polished written/verbal communication skills
