We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Email Marketing Manager.

What you will work on:

• Develop and Execute Email Marketing Campaigns.
• Segment and Personalize Content for Different Player Audiences.
• Conduct A/B Testing and Optimize Campaign Performance.

• Create and Maintain Automated Email Flows.

• Collaborate with Game Design, Community, and Marketing Teams.

• Ensure Compliance with Data Privacy Regulations.

• Report on Key Metrics and Campaign Effectiveness.

• Stay Current on Industry Trends and Email Best Practices.

It’s important to us:

• Excellent knowledge of email marketing fundamentals, including campaign creation, database segmentation, and results analysis.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and analytics to improve campaign performance.
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to email marketing (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Capability to analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Experience with personalized email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Knowledge and application of best practices and industry trends in email marketing.

Creative Skills:

• Ability to create appealing and creative email campaigns.
• Strong writing skills to craft compelling and high-quality email copy.
