We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Campus Recruiter to join our team.

This essential role will focus on managing and coordinating various training programs at our campus, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of training technologies and methods.

We are ready to consider candidates with little or no experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Provide guidance throughout the application process
• Report on recruitment activities and program metrics
• Work with various internal platforms
• Liaise with Educational Institutions

  
  Requirements

• English and Kazakh level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written
• Turkish level B1 and higher will be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
