Could you be the full-time Recruiter in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your communication expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Leader Arman Gabbasov, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.

You'll guarantee a steady supply of candidates. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.), contribute to university relations and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of regional sourcing (Almaty, Shu, Arys, Tobol), but also support entire recruitment process including organizing interviews, competence appraisal etc.

We’ll look to you for:

• Sourcing top talent for BC and WC positions;
• Organizing selection process with hiring managers;
• Contributing to recruitment strategy development;
• Coordinating work with partners, specifically universities and colleges.
