Ernst & Young is looking for Recruitment Specialist:

Responsibilities:

Conducting direct search of candidates for the positions in Kazakhstan;
Work with contracts and other documents related to activity of recruitment services providers;
Forming and updating candidate’s database;
Testing of candidates;
Forming and updating tests results archives;
Vacancies posting on the Firm’s website and other media sources;
Participation in recruitment events and campaigns;
Participating in regional recruitment events and campaigns;
Positioning of the Firm as the best employer on the market.

Requirements:

University degree in relevant sphere;
1-3 years of related professional experience;
Fluent English;
Good presentation skills;
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent teamplayer
