✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Good spoken English with good comumucation skills

• Bachlore degree

• Experience in sales/marketing (cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, real estate, automotive, B2B, B2C, telemarketing, department stores — all welcome!)

• Proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn and earn

• Well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing personality

• Ability to confidently explain products in English

• Ability to co-oporate and work with a local indonesian team

• Confident, Independent Individuals with a strong work ethic

Your Role:

• Reach and exceed daily, weekly and monthly personal sales targets / KPIs

• Lead and motivate sales team to meet shop sales targets / KPIs

• Engage with retail customers and deliver exceptional service
